Delivery & Returns

LEO FOODS shall have the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary the Services and/or any page of this Website/Application


Order preparation will be done on the same day the order is placed to be sent out the following day. If there is a product not in stock at the time of purchase because the website has not been updated or because of a systematic error, we will automatically refund the money of said product.

If you would like to send different products to different addresses you must make individual orders and transports costs will very on each order.

Free delivery: orders over 50 euros have a free delivery charge anywhere on the peninsula.

Orders under 50 euros will have a 5€ delivery charge anywhere on the peninsula.

Orders to Portugal and the Balearic Islands will have a 10€ delivery charge.

For orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or other countries in the EU, please contact us as the delivery charges vary.

Orders will be collected by the courier company the following day after the order has been placed, with the estimated delivery time to be from 1 to 3 working days depending on the delivery address. Once the order has been collected, we will send you your tracking number via email.

If you haven’t received you order within this timeframe please contact us.

As we work with an external courier company, we cannot guarantee the quality of our products at arrival. We have a controlled picking and packeting process to guarantee no damages are done during the delivery. If when you receive your delivery the boxes are damaged, broken or there are missing products, please write it on the delivery note before signing. If you do not do this you will not be able to claim damages or missing products.

We highly recommend not accepting the delivery if the boxes are broken, wet or have other visible damages. Please, any incidents stated above should be written on the delivery note and be notified to us via email with photos of the damaged goods attached.

The notification period of any incidents is 7 working days from the date of receiving your order.


LEO FOODS does not accept returns on goods unless one of the following conditions is met:

  • The product has expired
  • The product was not order by the client
  • The client has been sent another product different to the one that has been purchased. (each product has a product code associated)

If one of these conditions is met, please notify us at shop@interleo.com and keep the products in the best of conditions, without it being opened as once the product is opened, we will not be able to give you back a refund for the goods.

The refund will be processed once the goods are returned, LEO FOODS will check its condition, original packaging and signs of manipulation or damage during transport.

LEO FOODS is not responsible for damage to products due to improper handling, use or care by the client.

The prices shown on each product on the website are in euros and include VAT. This price does not include delivery charges, these charges will be shown in a breakdown of your order during the purchase process, before confirming and finalizing the purchase.

Prices can vary without previous notice.

LEO FOODS reserves the right to cancel any order with prior communication with the client. If the client cancels the order once the order has been collected by the courier company, the delivery charge will be discounted from the total amount of the refund.


As there is a great range of products, the expiry dates of each product depend on its characteristics. It will be the sole responsibility of the customer to foresee the consumption times of the purchased goods. LEO FOODS is not responsible for any claims for products delivered with a valid expiry date.


The online shop sells different types of alcoholic beverages that are only available for those over 18 years of age. Clients who buy these products agree that they are of legal age. Once the clients agrees to this condition and makes the purchase, LEO FOODS is not responsible for the use of the products sold.


LEO FOODS only accepts payments made via the online shop website. Any of the following payment methods are valid: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners y UnionPay. Your payment data go directly through the banks TPV and are not registered on any LEO FOODS servers.

We carry out a standard authorisation check on your payment card to make sure there are sufficient funds carry through. Your card will be debited upon authorisation being received. The amount received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a full payment against the value of the goods you wish to purchase.

All order must be authorised by the owner of the credit, debit card or account that is being used.
